Adrian James Pr Eng, BSc, C.Eng, MIMechE, MCIBSE
The company is driven by the managing director, Adrian James, whose experience combines detailed engineering and commercial expertise accumulated in over 30 years in the industry.
Adrian has an extensive background in commercial and industrial design, often in special applications. Prior to co-founding Pictech Projects in 1994, he had worked for a number of large consultancies in South Africa and overseas.

Johan Groenewald ND: Eng
Adrian is assisted by Johan, who is involved in project design, documentation, procurement and logistics. He has been in the industry for more than 10 years, with experience in consulting, contracting and manufacturing.

Anton van den Berg
Anton has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a Master Technician. His vast experience in installation work all over Southern Africa is enormously valuable, and he is widely respected in the industry for his practical insight and technical expertise.
